Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Point of Sales (POS) untuk Kedai Kopi Berbasis Mobile

Abstract

The rapid growth of the MSME business is due to the development of digital technology which makes it easier to open a business. One of the MSMEs that has been established is a coffee shop. In the coffee shop business process, it turns out that there are still many business actors who have not taken advantage of technological developments. So that the process of recording transactions is sometimes constrained such as lost records, inappropriate records or it is difficult to check past transactions. Based on these problems, it is necessary to create a mobile-based Point of Sales application to make it easier for coffee shop businesses to handle transactions from customers. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The data collection stage was carried out by conducting interviews, observing and documenting the coffee shop where the research was carried out. The results of data collection are used in the application design stage which consists of system design, database design and application interface design. Applications are made using the Dart programming language and the Flutter Framework.
