Pattern Matching Dengan Face Recognition Dalam Mencegah Kecurangan Duplikasi Data Pendaftaran Bantuan Sosial Di Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract

Starting with the problems faced by the West Java Provincial Government in an effort to distribute social assistance, Jabar Digital Service (JDS) found fraud in data registration in duplication of data that had been registered at social assistance registration sites, this caused the failure of social assistance distribution in area of ​​West Java Province. JDS has a data cleansing process where in this process there are 22 filters for registration data processing, but there are still lots of double help. Therefore, in the final form of the government program "Rise 2021" we took the initiative to create a project to add one additional filter, namely using pattern matching with face recognition. The method used in making this article is a descriptive method supported by a software development method with a prototype model. With this effort, it is hoped that it can assist in solving the problem of double assistance that occurs in the distribution of social assistance in West Java Province.
