Abstract
Government program contained in the 2060 roadmap that all power plants in Indonesia will use clean energy, even the construction of Renewable Energy power plants will experience a massive increase starting in 2028 and will experience an exponential increase starting in 2040 and 2045. The portion of renewable energy has dominate the total generation in Indonesia. Indonesia as a tropical country has sunlight that can be utilized as a renewable energy source. Solar energy which is highly dependent on solar radiation can be optimized in a hybrid manner with energy sources from the wind. Based on this, the nation's next generation needs to be equipped with renewable energy knowledge starting from elementary school education. Currently there are no schools in South Tangerang City that have related learning media, including SDS Alam Madinah School. Based on wind potential and light intensity in the area, Hybrid One Pole Energy (HOPE) is implemented with a wind turbine with a capacity of 1000 Watts and 150Wp, solar PV. With HOPE, this can be used as a real learning medium for teachers and students and used for electricity needs, including lighting in the SDS Alam Madinah School environment and making SDS Alam Madinah School a pilot school that implements renewable energy-based power plants.
