Abstract

Village digitalization aims to equalize the digital-based life patterns of rural communities and urban communities, is an effort to remove the dichotomy of village people and city people, remove traditional and modern lifestyles, plus village economic development, it is hoped that it can build villagers to participate in increasing insight into the digital world. One of the problems that occurs in the village is the slow pace of public services that occur at the village office, because the data is not stored properly, therefore the village apparatus is forced to re-input every request of residents. With the digitization of village services, it can speed up the service process because the data of each resident can be stored in the cloud. Population data is very important to present a number of government programs for the advancement of people's welfare. Therefore, the data to be provided by the village must be valid and in accordance with the existing field facts. Tools to help the village service process already exist, one of which is the Kelor application. However, there are still village officials who have not maximized existing applications because there is no intense training in the use of existing applications. Therefore, the PLN IT PKM team will conduct intense guidance on the use of android-based village service and management information systems in science and technology programs for the community.
