DC converter devices have various efficiencies depending on the type of topology, as well as the selection of electronic components that make up the DC converter which has an impact on a lot of wasted energy in the electrical conversion process. According to Chapman (2005:105), the Buck Converter topology has an efficiency of up to 85%. A common challenge found in all types of DC converters is how to design a DC converter with high work efficiency. The author designed a Buck Converter with an efficiency of up to 90%, which can be integrated with a 20Wp PV Cell as input and a 12V50Ah VRLA Battery as output. The design begins by making a circuit simulation on the NI Multisim 14.2 software. Based on the simulation, a Buck Converter prototype was made with an Arduino Nano controller. Input Voltage Variation Test resulted that the maximum efficiency of the Buck Converter Simulation is 98% and the maximum efficiency of the Buck Converter Prototype is 92%. Duty Cycle Variation Test resulted that the maximum efficiency of Buck Converter Simulation is 99.3% and the maximum efficiency of Buck Converter Prototype is 96.4%. Water level control using PLC is designed to control water level and prevent waste the water from a tank. PLC is one of devices of automated controller which mostly used. Use of PLCs in industries are indispensable to control parameters which required high precision. In this research study water level control system using PLC as primary controller and human machine interface (HMI) as remote controller that could visualise state of a system work (plant) in real time on computer screen and could gather field data as well. Based on these conditions, tests are carried out to detect the level of turbidity of water that is in a remote location and is not reached by telecommunications networks.</em><em> To test the turbidity level of water, a turbidity sensor of the SEN0189 type with a LoRa Shield frequency of 915MHz is used. The test results showed that, testing when the water flowed affects the turbidity value which is increasing. This is due to not being able to do early detection of CD. One form of CD is sound. As the first step for early detection of insulation failure in the form of clustering, a study is needed (in a 20 kV cubicle) that can optimize the sound characteristics of CD, which is the aim of this research. Based on observations on the needle-rod electrode 3 cm apart, the smallest breakdown was obtained at 34.3 kV. So that the classification of CD sound is set into 3 clusters starting from the cubicle voltage of 20 kV until before the breakdown occurs, namely 33 kV. The temperature in the cubical is between 27.5℃ - 35.3℃ and humidity ranges from 70% - 95%. This method has the disadvantage that the amount of braking torque depends on the maximum charging current of the battery. This final project examines a regenerative braking system using an ultracapacitor as a reverse electric torque-producing load that creates a slowdown in the rotation of the driving motor (BLDC/Brushless DC). The regenerative braking trial using ultracapacitors was carried out on a laboratory scale test model by varying the rotational load or inertia and the number of parallelized capacitors, which will see the effect on the amount of regeneration energy and braking torque that occurs. The load variations are 2.5 kg, 3.75 kg and 5 kg, speed variations of 600 rpm, 700 rpm and 800 rpm and variations of single, parallel ultracapacitor configuration. From the test results obtained the highest current, voltage and braking values ​​at a load variation of 2.5 kg with a speed of 800 rpm and one ultracapacitor with a successive value of 1.57 m/s2, 5.8 mA and 7.87 V. As for the highest energy of 0.2091662 Joule obtained from a load variation of 5 kg with a speed of 800 rpm and parallel ultracapacitor. In addition, it is also known that the highest deceleration torque, on average, was obtained in the test with the lowest load mass, namely 2.5 kg. From the overall test results, it can be observed and concluded that the retarding torque is influenced by the maximum regeneration current that can be achieved, where the value is influenced by the type of capacitor and the regeneration voltage. This research will focus on designing a mobile battery that can be used in various purposes and in various terrain conditions. Charging the mobile battery can be either AC or DC electricity. The island of Sumba, especially East Sumba, is rich in culture, one of which is dance. But along with the continuous development of the era, Sumba culture is still not well known by the wider community, especially the people of Sumba themselves. The purpose of the research is to serve as a learning medium about regional dances in East Sumba and can be used as a provision for the community to know more about regional dances correctly. Because of this, in this study an Android-based educational game application for East Sumba regional dances was made with the aim of being able to help the Sumba community, especially school children, to get to know Sumba culture better. The research method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall method, in which this model is a research that has the characteristics of working on each phase in the waterfall, which must be completed before proceeding to the next phase. The output of this research is sound to help blind people </em><em>with physical limitations </em><em>to differentiate the </em><em>denomination of rupiah currency. The method used in the process of identifying the </em><em>denomination value is the Haar Cascades Classifier. The Haar cascade classifier consists of black and white </em><em>boxes to handle gridded images, where there are multiple pixels in </em><em>a frame. Each box will produce a different value to show the light and dark values ​​as the basis for image processing. The money data used in this study is divided into 3 conditions, namely (1) New Conditions, (2) Semi-New Conditions, (3) Not New Conditions. These variables include things like temperature, noise level, and air quality. This research aims to perform data science analysis on the temperature, relative humidity, and carbon dioxide levels. Tried to read and comprehend the sensor data and learn the trends based on actual and typical data. This research used a quantitative approach to collect preliminary information via sensor observations and descriptive measures. Transporting waste from Temporary Disposal Sites to Final Disposal Sites with slow garbage trucks can cause waste accumulation. For this reason, a system is needed that can provide notifications to officials to immediately go to a full trash can and transport the waste to the Final Disposal Site. This study aims to design and build a garbage level monitoring system that is applied to garbage containers in an Automatic Waste Sorting Equipment. This monitoring system is installed on metal, organic, and inorganic waste containers consisting of three HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors attached to each of these waste containers. This system is controlled by a microcontroller that can connect to the internet, namely NodeMCU ESP8266. Monitoring the height of trash cans can be done anywhere using a device that has the Blynk application installed. From the results of the test, it is known that the system can measure the height of the waste in real-time from a distance of 0 to 25 cm. Directions applications have become a significant need for all drivers, but some of the newest SPKLUs haven't received any updates and aren't even available in several applications. Several applications provide information regarding distances based on where we are, and a straight line will give an estimate. This way is different when the directional menu is selected, which makes the distance even further. It is to find out the application's accuracy level compared to Dijkstra's algorithm and applications with actual distances. The data is used as a reference for actual distance using Google Earth. For comparison, measurements will use 4 SPKLU locations managed by PT PLN (Persero). Accuracy uses Absolute Percentage Error (APE) to compare the three resulting distance results. Based on information received in several newspapers by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Indonesia, it is stated that Indonesia's oil reserves will run out in 9.5 years, assuming there are no new reserves. There are several types of vegetable oil that can be used as an alternative material for liquid insulation. Referring to the standard SPLN 49-1:1982 that a good transformer oil breakdown voltage is to have a breakdown voltage above 30 kV/2.5 mm. In this study, a test was conducted on candlenut oil as an alternative to liquid insulation of transformer oil. The method used in this test is a direct test method using the Baur Oil Tester DPA test kit. The study used candlenut oil by conducting 6 tests, using ball electrodes for measuring the breakdown voltage of transformer oil, at a distance of 2.5 mm between electrodes with a temperature of 280C. One solution to make it easier for the public to know and monitor the types of food consumed is to create an intelligent system. To support this solution, research was conducted to identify types of food using color feature extraction and texture features. The initial stage in conducting the introduction by classifying the types of food. The classification process is carried out based on the value of the normalized feature extraction results. The recognition process begins with a preprocessing process to obtain an image object which is then followed by feature extraction. The feature extraction used is the Color Histogram and the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix. Feature extraction uses the Color Histogram using 3 color channels namely red, green, blue with each color having mean, standard deviation, and skewness features. In addition, feature extraction using the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix has 6, namely contrast, dissimilarity, homogeneity, angular second moment, energi, and correlation with the angle of taking pixel values ​​of 0°, 45°, 90°, and 135°. The method for classifying values ​​from feature extraction results uses the K-Nearest Neighbor. For the Lexicon-based text classification approach, with the Vader Lexicon dictionary-based approach, the tagging results were 489 positive opinions, 145 negative opinions, and 366 neutral opinions. Based on the results of a comparison of the positive, neutral, and negative classes of sample data with reviews based on user inappropriateness ratings, the positive class received a 67% rating, the neutral class received a 6% rating, and the negative class received a 27% rating. Flay ash is a waste of coal combustion which continues to increase rapidly every year. It is necessary to study the characteristics and utilization of fly ash waste to determine the potential of the fly ash. This study analyzes the performance of concrete using PCC cement by utilizing PLTU Indramayu’s fly ash as a cement substitution. The research method was carried out experimentally in the laboratory. In the early stages, material testing was carried out and then continued with the manufacture of test objects with variations in the use of fly ash as a cement substitution of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% which were tested under pressure at the age of 7 days, 14 days and 28 days. This final project examines a regenerative braking system using an ultracapacitor as a reverse electric torque-producing load that creates a slowdown in the rotation of the driving motor (BLDC/Brushless DC). The regenerative braking trial using ultracapacitors was carried out on a laboratory scale test model by varying the rotational load or inertia and the number of parallelized capacitors, which will see the effect on the amount of regeneration energy and braking torque that occurs. The load variations are 2.5 kg, 3.75 kg and 5 kg, speed variations of 600 rpm, 700 rpm and 800 rpm and variations of single, parallel ultracapacitor configuration. According to Chapman (2005:105), the Buck Converter topology has an efficiency of up to 85%. A common challenge found in all types of DC converters is how to design a DC converter with high work efficiency. The author designed a Buck Converter with an efficiency of up to 90%, which can be integrated with a 20Wp PV Cell as input and a 12V50Ah VRLA Battery as output. The design begins by making a circuit simulation on the NI Multisim 14.2 software. Based on the simulation, a Buck Converter prototype was made with an Arduino Nano controller. The purpose of this study was to determine the compressive strength and water absorption of porous paving blocks and the optimum composition of the zeolite substitution material. Bioretention is a small locally made wetland. The research method is by conducting experimental analysis in testing the time of water infiltration into the soil. Bioretention tub is in the form of a box with dimensions of Length 276mm x width 236mm x height 420mm. There are four tubs with a composition of soil and sand and two types of vegetation roots, namely fiber and taproot with a composition of 100% soil and 50% soil 50% sand. The results of the research showed that the addition of palm shell charcoal powder affected the characteristics of the clay soil. Along with the addition of palm shell charcoal powder, the value of </em><em>unconfined compressive strength and undrained shear strength increased. This study aims to identify the traits of biomass gasification producer gas and the quality of syngas produced by biomass gasification. The inverter capacity used in this planning is 15 kW. The initial investment needed to build this solar power plant is IDR 217,165,500. This research was conducted to determine the highest radiation intensity when changing the angle of inclination of solar panels at the PLN Institute of Technology using PV Syst software. The research methodology used in this study is observation and experimentation, specifically direct testing of the influence of an experimental variable, namely changes in the angle of inclination, with certain variations starting from 0° to 65° with variations in the difference every 5°. Data on the results of direct testing at the best angle of 35° are then obtained, and tests are then contrasted using PV syst software. The results obtained in the simulation with the software make it possible to obtain different angles of inclination for each period. However, unlike Portland cement, fly ash does not have the capacity to bond. An activator solution, such as Portland cement, is required so that fly ash can have binding capability. Glass trash from industry and homes, in addition to fly ash, may be processed to be utilized as a material that can increase the performance of geopolymer materials since it contains considerable silica (SiO2) and lime (CaO) components. Glass powder was utilized as a fly ash alternative in geopolymer paving blocks in percentages of 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, and 60%. The compressive strength and water absorption of paving blocks were examined. When the material was 7 days old, the test was performed. The findings revealed that the best compressive strength was found in paving block geopolymer with 45% glass powder variation and 55% fly ash variation, namely 30.67 Mpa, which comprised paving block quality B.</em> <em>The lowest water absorption was reported in paving block geopolymer with 45% variation in glass powder</em><em>.
